This vintage Circle Skirt in pure white cotton with a bright Silver Metallic Mum Print from the 1950s has a stiffened texture- feels a little like seersucker. It has a shiny silver metallic pattern printed onto it. It is a perfect vintage circle skirt, unlined, and shown with a petticoat( not included) to puff it out a bit. It has a side metal zipper and hook/eye closure and inseam pockets. No label, but well made.
